Bilbao Metropoli-30 fosters the revitalisation of metropolitan Bilbao by means of the participation and the collaboration with local and international organisations:
Bilbao Metropoli-30 is a founding member of the Benchmarking Clearinghouse Association AiB, set up to impulse the use of benchmarking techniques as a means to improve the competitiveness and effectiveness of organisations.
The System Dynamics Society, an international organisation set up, on a non profit basis, to study and disseminate advanced techniques for the analysis of system dynamics.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Bilbao Port Community, Bilbao Metropoli-30 has actively taken part in the merger of Uniport Bilbao and Bilbao Port Community, in view of promoting public-private collaboration for the improvement of the Port's competitiveness.
The Bolívar Program is an initiative supported by the Inter-American Development Bank, appointed to provide technical, legal and financial advice to companies and investigation centers in the formulation of international projects and in the identification of possible associates in the more than 20 countries that participate in the Program.
The World Future Society, a scientific and educational organisation set up to analyse social and technological changes and their influence in shaping the future.
The Institute for European Affairs (INEA), a center for strategic reflection on the European integration process and its effects on Eastern Europe's and Latin America's  emerging economies, collaborates with the Association in the analysis of the possibilities for internationalisation in metropolitan areas.

The International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) is an intergovernmental advisory organisation for the UN which works towards the modernisation and strategic change of Public Administrations.
The Internet Society Association is dedicated to the impulse and co-ordination of the expansion of the Internet, as well as the analysis of its impact on the different spheres of society.
The British Urban Regeneration Association (BURA) promotes the interchange of experiences related to urban regeneration and analyses metropolis revitalisation experiences of the former industrialisation.
The Standing Committee on Urban and Regional Statistics (SCORUS), part of the International Statistical Institute (ISI), fosters the interchange of knowledge and international experiences related to statistics and urban indicators.
SPIN-Spain is an Association dedicated to Software Process Improvement under the auspices of the European Software Institute (ESI). With more than 40 Spanish members (enterprises, research centres, public administrations, universities, etc.) SPIN-Spain is part of the world-wide SPIN's network (Software Process Improvement Network).
The World Development Federation is an international organisation which promotes the interchange of experiences amongst experts in the area of integral revitalisation processes.
The International Network for Urban Research and Action is a network of people involved in action and research in localities and cities. The Network consists of activists and researchers from community and environmental groups, universities, and local administrations, who wish to share experiences and to participate in common research.
Parekatuz is a flexible network opened to all socioeconomic organizations of Bizkaia that wish to be involved in social concerns in favor of the equal opportunities between women and men. Organizations that join the Network are willing to work in the different spaces of open participation, to develop the diverse actions that are prioritized in each one of them. The Network offers three spaces of participation, that suppose various levels of implication in the project: Space of Information and Follow-up, Commissions of Thematic Work and Individualized Technical Attendance, where Bilbao Metropoli-30 takes part.
Xertatu is an initiative of the Department of Innovation and Economic Promotion of the Regional Government of Bizkaia for the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility of companies in Bizkaia. Xertatu aims to be the framework for work and collaboration in the field of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that combines the different organizations and institutions implied in the promotion of this concept in Bizkaia.
The NEW EPOC (Renewing Economic Prosperity in Port Cities) project has been funded through the European Regional Development Fund under the Interreg III C programme. Since 2003 it has provided a successful forum for the exchange of good practice and innovation in the regeneration of Europe’s port cities, including the re-use of redundant dockland areas, developing a new maritime economy, supporting maritime heritage and addressing social inclusion.
Founded in Barcelona in 1908, the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain is a not for profit making membership organisation whose aim is to provide business opportunities for its members.
