Following the model of City & Values Forum held in Bilbao in 2006, the City Council of the Chilean city of Valparaiso is organizing the II City & Values Forum - Valparaíso 2007, from 12 to 13 December, with the technical and organizational support of Bilbao Metropoli-30 via the Delegation of the Basque Country in Chile.
